The Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) coordinates the City's criminal justice policy and programs, including diversion programs, reentry services, and crime prevention initiatives. MOCJ is committed to advancing racial equity in the criminal justice system by supporting alternatives to incarceration, expanding diversion programs, funding community-based safety initiatives, and ensuring that people returning from incarceration have access to housing, employment, and services.
